Call me crazy, but for someone who has no part in it just looking in. It really looks like neither side has really achieved anything of note. Plenty forum posts certainly. but the dotlan map remains pretty much unchanged.

Even the propaganda which has been entertaining in the past seems to have gotten stale.

It's a war between 2+ super powers. it is bound to be slow sometimes. One will give way too the other or all will go back too the status quo

OP, it's called CAOD Arrow

CCP, there are off buttons for ship explosions, missile effects, turret effects, etc. "Immersion" does not seem to be harmed by those. So, please give us a persisting off button for the jump gate and autoscan visuals.

If brute force isn't working, you're just not using enough.

Please Note: Any advice given comes with the caveat that nothing will be suitable for every situation.

If you go somewhere and there's 800 wrecks, it's not like the tree in the woods, 800 ships MUST have been destroyed.

From the in game map.

It said 794 when I checked it.

Might be more - the stat might have been for 'last 24 hours'.
I should have done a screenshot.

War? Are we at war? Oh damn, that explains a few things. Thanks OP.

I guess I am almost a 'vet' by now. Hopefully not too bitter and managing to help more than I hinder. I build and sell many things, including large collections of bookmarks.

Taking sov is not a quick thing.. do some research, also look for most expensive losses if you want to see where the war is, Null wars generally aren't fought in frigs and cruisers.

it's a case of a scrum. Neither team has an overwhelming advantage.

The plus on the Goon side is that they have a strong culture, a history of winning and an attitude that no matter what, they'll eventually prevail.... even if it means taking one system at a time in rifters.

Test are slightly different. I'm not privy to the details but it seems to me that test is an amalgamation of loose nullsec heavyweights that reformed in around 2010 on the heels of the fail-cascades of several of their founding predecessors. The joker in any fight with Test is wondering to what extent they have PL on a leash.

Stealth bombers versus structures.

Make faction war occupancy pvp instead of pve https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=53815&#post53815

While Cage's 'generally' may be sorta true, especially from a historical PoV, Lee is spot-on here.

Frigates are playing a huge part in the Fountain invasion. They are the backbone of the round-the-clock invasion seige-fleets, bigtime players in the larger set-piece engagements, and constantly out playing FCd from all sides.

More like 'Stealth Bombers versus everything" ... and usually coming out on top.
