"Team captains must indicate to the GM managing their match if they intend to use their flagship in any given match, and which pilot is flying the flagship."

What have I do to indicate that to GM managing?

Because we then announce it to both teams in local chat.

Srry for my bad english - I mean: "How I must to inform GM about using flagship in match - by ingame mail to somebody or other ways? What directly I have to do?

There will be a GM in a private chat with your team captain for communication and instructions. You can let the GM know there.
