Sometimes when I click on a targeted ship at top of the screen, the radial menu appears instead of the target selection.

I'd be happy if the stupid thing just disappeared. Rally seriously annoying.

I noticed that it's also more difficult to click n' drag to rearrange your targets now...

Yap. Just another flaw that can be fixed. I do acknowledge the huge improvements CCP made to the radial interface. But you have to remember nothing is perfect. It could always be improved and i think everyone can see the potential that was introduced with this new radial menu. Its very cool !
