So I recently started playing a caldari focused char kinda for rp reasons. I wanna be guristas pirate. But it seems I have been catching flak for flying a condor. I have gotten a few decent. Kills but people just chalk it up to me flying a no skill ship. Kinda makes me want to train something else. But I like the condor. But is it realy thatt bad that I am flying a condor. In my opinion the few solo kills I have are pretty impressive. I guess if its that bad the can anyone suggest another decent caldari pvp ship preferable missile type.

Keep flying it dude.

Ignore them, they are just making excuses.

If they had used their brains they would fly a LM Kestrel or Hookbill and have beaten you.

Not your fault that your enemy is too dumb to re-ship.

This. You are simply utilizing scissors , of which they could have used rock but instead came with paper. Play your game don't worry about anyone else.

The condor is a very strong ship, and those people who are mad are probably just bads who are angry their paper dps and tank are getting whittled down by an "inferior' ship due to "unfair" tactics like range control and ewar.

Fly a Kestrel, Its like the condor except its harder to use and better in some ways.

I am confused by people who have a hard time fighting Condors. It is not an orbit and press F1 win machine. If you think it is, try fighting people who know what they are doing. You will be slingshot and scrammed before you know what happened. If all you are doing is orbit/F1 on every frigate you see, and winning, then the people you are fighting are bads. The "rock" for the LML Condor "scissors" is pretty much every single attack frigate in the game with a scram+MWD and possibly every MWD scram combat frigate too.

well the only solo kill i see on eve-kill is the one against the arty thrasher that was fit for instalocking and not general pvp.
