(bug) double refreshing agent window chat : ignores your commands.

Presuming you are docked.
Compact 2 conversations with 2 mission agents into the same window.
Then porceed to double click one of the 2 agent from the "Available to you" menu.

Notice that almost any act upon then "then" loading window will be disregarded until a certain number of seconds have passed.

Such as:
Pressing "complete" button.
The agent will not recieve the "complete" order should the pilot double click the "complete" button to soon after the re-activating the chat via the "Avaialbe to you" agent window.


It would seam to be a nuisance.


* The "availabe to you" window is usually found in the lower right corner of the window.
