The hilarious thing is if you are unhappy with megas being more expensive, giving someone more isk to spend on megas will make them MORE expensive yet.

Similarly if you give isk to TEST and they kill more megas, which we replace. Again, more expensive megas.

Should've just switched to a Hyperion.
