Even Orcas are able to do it now. How many more years do we have to endure this lame exploit?

Your thoughts on this please people...

Agree, frag warping is something in the game that cannot be stopped, at least give us a method by which we can counter this 'exploit' it is so so annoying and very gay.

Works the same way with bumping.

Bumping is legit and can be used to bump people off grid and can nearly be counted as griefing in some cases.

Cloaking is legit and can be used as long as nothing is within 2500m.

You already have the mechanic to de-cloak someone just as people being bumped have mechanics to get out.

Quit the crying and think about how to prevent it such as dropping drones around the uncloak area or something.

Play EvE how you want to play it and do not let others dictate how you play. Evolve your playstyle to protect yourself from others! Even in "PVE", "PVP" is there, lurking in the shadows.

There are many methods. Decloak them with an interceptor, then lock them up and kill them. Run smartbomb battleships and kill them. Scatter ships and garbage around the gate, making cloaking just about impossible, then lock them up and kill them. Follow them to where they're going, then lock them up and kill them. If they get away, use a locator agent to find them, then lock them up and kill them.

Who came up with the term "frag-warping"? If it has to be named something then frag would certainly not be involved - it would be the opposite!

Been going on for years and it's working just fine. If you have decloaking frigs, you should easily be able to catch anything bigger than a wreath.

Yeah ... I was under the impression that it was called insta-warping. But then, that was back in the days.

I have dropped stuff around the gate for the purpose of preventing ships from cloaking many times. It always ends when CCP come along and claim we are deliberately causing lag. They then pop the offending items and issue account warnings.

Cloak trick. They call it a cloak trick. And why would it be an exploit when there are T2+ mods specifically to allow the functionality?

Edit: Also, interceptors, fast tackle and drrones are the worst enemy of any cloaking ship. Once you get the hang of it, decloaking is both easy and fun.

Then use less items and get fast tackle with or without High scan res support.

I would have responded earlier...but the thought of not being able to decloak and catch an Orca made me laugh so hard I passed out.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

Came into thread thinking of frag warping as a new feature where you don't bump someone you warp inside of, but explode him.

Leaving disappointed.
