Its nice that they are even telling the miners when and what route to take. I love delivery as much as the next guy.

I'm sending 35 million isk to be made into a special prize to take the sting out of any losses. It can go to the most expensive ship killed by a goon that day in VFK, that also got on a goon killmail. So has to help kill a goon and be killed by a goon to win.

Interesting.... No, wait, boring.
Honestly I'll be surprised if we even pull a squad from deployment to meet you guys, so have fun watching a station float about in space for a few hours. If you are super lucky, I'll send one of my in training alts over in a cruiser to have a couple of scraps.

I will be there to coordinate defenses with an alt. Why not have fun in space?

edit: Unless the organizer of this event would like me to help his side? I suspect the outcome would be the same. Lol

the goons maybe even have the biggest urge to kill themselves, I encourage you guys to move to an alt and blast your friends to pieces and even out a bit of that bad karma you gained over the years Lol

We just like having fun in the games we play. There are pretty frequent in-house Thunderdomes, newbie tournaments, and so on. We're no stranger to shooting each other with our mains - no need to hide behind anonymous alts.

goons shooting goons honestly makes perfect sense to me, however i would like this day to be the big carebear shoot goons day, this is why we are doing this, I want to have a highsec carebear succeed on the kills against goons and win those prizes...

you can just go and shoot some goons and for sure it would help to bring some chaos to VFK at that day, which might would make it easier for the carebears to snap one or two extra kills, however you may as well think about leaving the goons altogether with your best men and fight with us against them completely...

actually I just found out you can do something really helpful if you want to fight goons, come with your big fleets and clean out all gatecamps on the way to VFK, for sure there will be some really smart people who want to block the carebears from coming to the Event area, if you would do that with your fleet, that would be highly appreciated...

Well this is one of the most interesting things I've seen in a while. I love how the Goons are being so accommodating too lol I might join if I have the time that day but my work schedule isn't out yet. I have a Merlin that hasn't been flown in a while or maybe I'll buy a Rifter. Gotta dress for the occasion!

People: "You shouldn't burn bridges." Me: "I don't, I bomb them from orbit."

I don't want to "fight goons," as I am one. I have no incentive or motivation to harm the CFC or GoonSwarm, nor do I expect any assistance I might lend you to do so.

Here is my first bit of help: there will be no "really smart people who want to block the carebears from coming to the Event area," because none of those "really smart people" read this hole-in-the-wall section of the forums dot EVE Online. You will likely encounter the usual NPC dwellers like Mordus Angels along your way, but there will be no orchestrated resistance. What you need to realize is that numbers work differently in nullsec versus what you know in Empire: what you would call a "blob," we call a small, roaming gang. If a significant number of you make it past the random, unaffiliated people you will undoubtedly stumble into a long your way, then you will be "blobbed" by a 50-200 man slosh op led by a newbie FC. Compare this to the thousands of pilots who were simultaneously logged in for several days straight in VFK during the 2012 headshot attempt by Pandemic Legion.

In short, you will either get no attention at all or you will get a comedy roam; or, you might die en route to a small gate camp or a few stealth bombers. Please post a trip report after the event is concluded. If there is a battle report to be made, then I will provide one from the CFC perspective of the fight.

Good luck!

I wont die, I'm in VFK since two weeks, please see the newest footage Coolhttp://youtu.be/RRPSZkBCeN8

we got different rules for this, your big fleet will not help you, we jump in get one or two ratters or other solo ships, your fleet jumps in we vanish again, you leave again we kill some other solos ships of you, repeat.... we will not play your game here

we do this so long unti our fleet there is so big, like thousands of carebears, until we are actually able to bring down more things... this will be hit and run, I will make your system the most frustrating system for a goon to be in Cool

I don't mind how long it takes, maybe it will happen on the event day and we are already hundreds maybe more and can bring down small groups of goons, maybe it takes longer, I want people to stay there, this is high secs plague unleashed upon you...

we will cloakcamp all your gates, your ratting places, you will hear about the goons gone missing, friends not coming back... we snap them away from you, and there will be nothing you can do about it...

The reason you haven't been blaster out of VFK is because you are not considered a threat. sure you will kill cyno pilots (thanks for that by the way, the 10 min wait takes ages) and sure you will catch the odd person off-guard, but at the moment you are less of a threat than gate rats.
Your "Doomsday event" has nothing to do with doomsday, and as you can probably see by this: http://evemaps.dotlan.net/region/Fountain/changes has had no effect on the war.

That said, proceed with your plan, I'm sure you will make a couple of people happy where they have never visited null before. Just don't start spouting off bull about how you will have any meaningful impact because it just makes you look naive.

over 20.000 views on the threads and hundreds of entries makes this meaningful enough already, just wait and see what happens next... your war is dull and predictable for the masses, did not read a single line about it, sorry but I'm missing the real story behind the fountain thing, yea you blobbing tons of ships but thats about it, not so exciting, where else here we have some progress something unexpected to happen... this keeps people interested... yea even you because you can not resist posting on my threads...

I'll be honest, I keep on following Harry's posts to see what kind of rhetoric he comes up with. It's refreshing. I just hope you keep your enthusiasm for the game and find your goals after this event, Harry.
