Liz, I'm normally not the trolling kind, but that statement just kind of irritated me.

"There was a prior b/o of 10.5 in case you couldn't read"


First off, even if they are wrong, you don't have to be rude.

But second, there is a significant difference between a buyout and a bid. when someone says 10.5 B/O that means, "I'll buy this from you RIGHT NOW, but if you don't take it RIGHT NOW, my bid is no longer valid.

So a 10B bid after a 10.5 B/O that you have not accepted is very normal on these boards and DEFINITELY not worthy of your rudeness.

You need to petition this.

Generally as I've made this mistake in the past, the buyer will transfer the isk to you. If they don't, CCP will intercede for you to make sure it's given back.

No need to worry either way as CCP will not allow the isk to remain with the transfer.


But at the very least you need to make sure you petition so they too are aware and can monitor the situation.

Make a petition under Billing - char transfers mate

The other party will send it back, or CCP will do it for you. so no need to worry Big smile
