Just because someone is disabled he/she can still be a terrible person. CCP would never ban a person because he is disabled, but most likely because he did something that may have forced the ban.

Since no one in this thread said a word on the reason why and no MMO company is taking the step of banning a paying users account lightly, I will assume the ban is well justified.
