30 mil SPs for 20 bil is twice the normal isk-per-SP rate.
And more, if you have read the thread, youd notice that the OP has refused characters with twice as much SPs offered for 25 bil, and made it clear he will not pay that much. He probably wants a good chimera pilot for 10-12 bil or maybe less.
