Graphical settings on each account do not save per account

It's a bit ridiculous that we need to re-adjust the graphical settings each time we open a second instance of the game. It should be saving the entirety of the graphical settings for each account, not just part of it, as it does now.

Installing 2+ instances of the game is not a solution, that's equally ridiculous.
