Missions & Complexes

Basically the mission agents are located in outer ring region in the deep west null space.
You can enter it either through cloud ring region which is controlled by goons, or fountain which is controlled by test. But entrances to the region there are through staging and fighting areas, so most likely you will die trying to get there through those entrances.

Another way is through syndicate serpents null space, which you will need to be careful as there are more than a few gate camps on the way.

Once there, you will have to find the time when the stations are accessible (4 ore stations in 2 systems, one of which has only 1 gate, aka easily gate camped), so you can do a few missions until people who are there to find and kill you arrive, which is the time to find something to do elsewhere.

If you are with one of the larger groups doing missions there, you might be able to do a few missions in peace. But its a tight squeeze. If you check the boards, cyno alts are dying there every day.
This place is being run by a few selected groups pretty much, and your chances to get what you want and get away safely, are slim.

So after you understand the picture, you should understand why so few are going there to missions, why most of the LP items are not being seeded, and why I suggest to a miner and missioner to give up the idea for a shiny implant and stick to what you can afford on the market :)
