Covert Support Ship (Destroyer hull size)

so an idea to expand on the existing covert ops ships using a new hull size.
its role is to be a Covert Support Ship, ie clokey warp logi.
when i had the idea i thought that its implication would be OP. however these ships are no etana super ship
these ships are ment to use small shield or armor reps. be able to out rep a T1 logi fig but not out rep a T1 logi cruser
a comfortable mid point that wont brake the bank.
but being a T2 ship a secondary lesser role should also be important, as suck the gallente and caldari bonus projected ECCM and ammar and minmatar bonus remote sensor boosters.

i considered that but i though that a bigger sig size would be more of a weakness to better balance,
as well to say that the being a destroyer hull would also be a strength

I'd say no to any covops rep ship with the exception of T3s who pay a big price to be cloaky and have no range on reps.

Reduce it to 6 med and low slots together. Its dictor like then (3-3 or 4-2) and should fit in better in its role and size.

Cloaky or not, we need a T2 variation of the frigate-sized healer.

Also, obviously since gallente are specialized in remote sensor dampener, they should be the one using remote sensor booster.

Quite like these, as said though having 8 med+low is just excessive, would be tempted to let them fit the 6-7 reps and adjust the rep bonus down. Makes it nigh on impossible to permarun them but I'm not sure that's a bad thing.

OK so i see the responses and i have adjusted the stats accordingly.

reduced the rep bonus to 5%, increased the cap usage bonus to 15% due to the increase of the amount of reps but still not cap stable.

slot arrangement change to be more in line with the characteristics of a destroyer hull, with 7 high slots and 6 med+low

i had ran the numbers on the prior set up and only 4 smalls gives pretty much nothing supportive except for frigs.
the current set up will not out rep a T1 cruiser.

fitting and cap adjustments to allow for the change in rep amounts (still not cap stable)

so here are the stats.

Recons and Stealth bombers are designed for cloaky hit-and-runs. They aren't meant to stay where they are uncloaked for any long period of time. You uncloak, make the attack, kill your target, and bounce. Rinse and repeat. The stealth bomber is effectively a glass cannon, capable of dishing out quite a bit of damage for a very cheap price. Light and mobile is the game to covert ops, and adding in remote reps almost defeats the purpose of this style of gameplay. With a logistic style ship you turn it into a missile boat that doesn't need to stay cloaked since reps. This could potentially lopside the balance of covert ops against Assault Frigs (currently one of the best tactics to killing bombers). Many Falcon pilots (and other recons) already utilize an available highslot for a remote rep, something you do after you have engaged your target.

Maintain the glass cannon idea of covert ops, they sacrificed their defense for the cloak and damage.
