A while ago I had to move 6 rigged cruisers about 20 jumps while under high-sec war (ah, RvB... :) ), not a fun proposition at all... so someone said "hey why don't you try Red Frog?".

One of the best suggestions I've received in EVE. As a player I've done about half a dozen contracts with you guys, never had any trouble, and I intend to continue. You literally make EVE a better place, and it's just amazing that this service exists

My Congratulations to Red Frog and their directors for their recognization as Community Spotlight in the Dev Blogs.

It is well deserved. Without your early work and efforts in Eve and over all the years, even courier companies like Push Industries wouldn't have such a position and public recognization like we all do today.

Your early achievements are, which allowed for a healthy competition to grow in the hauling sector, which in turn helped us all. Many things wouldn't have been the same today without it.

Wish you the best for the future.

Hello Everyone,

Just a quick reminder about our contracts handling rules:

1. Use proper collateral, that in most cases eliminates the risk of theft. Pilot covers your collateral, not you. Collateral = the value of goods you want us to transport. Why my contract was stolen?
2. We reject all zero-collaterals contracts.
3. We handle contarcts up to 1 billion collateral value. If your goods are worth more, split it for more orders or use Blue Frog!

Most our contracts are currently completed within few hours, so if you have any goods to be shipped from one place in New Eden to other, there is no better moment to create contract for Red Frog Freight than now :)

How I rather not be the guy to do this, but I have to ask as to whom do I message in Red Frog Freight about filing a complaint?


I'll stay professional as a player to respectfully ask RFF to get in touch with me as soon as possible for the details of the situation, as this matter pertains to a contract I issued earlier today with the corporation.

Just relocated my base of operations 20-somthing jumps away. RFF moved it all -- including rigged ships -- in less than 24 hours. Great job, guys. I'll be in touch for my next move.

Just wanted to say thanks to the people in RFF for helping me out with my issue/complaint, and to give more thanks for finally getting my stuff over to the new spot.

Im going to keep you guys in mind for future frieght contracts for sure. Smile
