eve repair failed

windows xp. patch wont download today, repair fails.
i cant post full repair window output because apparently html is not allowed, so here are the lines i think that matter:

how do i fix so i can play the game? i just renewed my subscription last week. was working fine until today

also eve's known issues link from dev thread is giving me a 404 error page

You appear to be running an EVE Launcher instance in the background. Also you can run the EVE Repair Tool in safe mode by doing "repair.exe --safemode" from the command line, which will hopefully fix the first issue.

Thank you for the quick reply(seriously that was quick).

I had closed launcher gui but it was still running in task manager, so i ctrl-alt-dlt and ended that task.

Repair ran fine, and now I am playing again!
