Window Mode Too big for MacBook Pro

I have alway played eve on my dinosaur of an iMac (2006 model I believe) and finally upgraded and got a new MacBook Pro 13". It runs eve much better and I'm happy with it and it works as it should with full screen mode, however when I try to use window mode (I often use two clients at once. It only gives the option of 3 different sizes which are all too tall for the screen (width isn't too much of a problem though) I have even hooked up a second monitor to try and squeeze in more space but the same problem persists (it's not too much bigger so that's kind of expected). It's just tall enough that I can't see my Low slots or reach the chat boxes I have placed at the bottom. Is there some setting I can Change or some way for me to shorten the client?

Size Specifics:

Macbook is set at 1280x800 (largest)

Eve client only allows

1280x768

1280x800

1024x768

1024 x 768 is lowest supported I believe and to be honest it's barely big enough to display the game effectively enough these days.

I guess Im missing something. I play windowed mode all the time on my MacBook Pro. It has a 1920 x 1200 screen, so I set eve to 1920 x 1156 and I see the entire Eve scene. How much do you miss at the bottom, in pixels, would you guess?

Also: If you go from full screen to windowed and back, it tends to keep the wrong window size. Go to windowed mode, then set the size.

If you Mac is at 1280x800, you need to set it at 1280x768 for it to show the entire screen including the bar on the top of a normal mac's screen. 1280x768 I'm sure will show it all on windowed mode.
