It's not an absolute. It's the choice between me being the collateral holder + getting 3-4% on my money for my own loans vs having a 3rd party collateral holder (I know, it's Chribba, but the cost-benefit reasonment is that one) + getting half of that.

Seems like the investment is going much better than excepted. Might already start cashing out the bond from the 1/8.


So I was just wondering if there was an investor(s) who would like up to 20b back already then ?
