tech 2 small/medium guns only need spec trained for tech 2 larges
hac 5
has the destroyers/bc's trained to 5 for the last patch
tech 2 haulers and mackinaws as an added bonus for making isk
atrogeology 5 and hacking 5 (useful skills for making isk aswell)
4 days from gallente carrier 5 as of this posting
(other good skills not worth mentioning someone may find useful)

comes with a slave set and 5 percent armor/damage hardwiring for moros
