Yes, this is literally the case since you light the cyno on station then worry about the other client and making that ship safe. Whether the cyno ship still exists to re-dock and do this again is an afterthought, since it usually costs less than the fuel.

Anyway, I posted in your other thread about how to do better than cyno ships.

Buzzing Mittanigrad then having tengus pop out is more exciting that getting big ISK kills in a fleet.
