New type of wormhole.

Introduce a new type of wormhole the way wormholes were intended to be from the start.
They would have a new header such as (I) and nothing would be anchorable inside them.
They would have a greater mass allocation but the volume would never allow for anything to be larger than an orca.
The rats could be faction rats with incursion AI.

If you don't follow the rules, neither will I.

I like the idea. How do you propose the statics work though?
No specific type of space?

EvE-Mail me if you need anything.

If they got faction rats, I would say they would be static in the same faction space.

If you don't follow the rules, neither will I.

Would that not encourage farming?

I was thinking about that, the only solution to prevent farming would be a new code type for the wormhole.
It would be interesting if the wormhole worked as a dead end, the only way in is the only way out, the sites inside it do not respawn as long as the wormhole is open. Once all the sites are completed or the entrance closes naturally, the K-space entrance closes making it only posible to leave at that point.
This would mean there would be more wormholes of this type than there would be active entrances.

Respawn of sites would only occur when it randomly selected that wormhole's ID for a new anomaly.

If you don't follow the rules, neither will I.

Or would there be a better way to prevent farming?

Came expecting an idea for a new type of environmental effect in w-space. Your idea sounds more like a k-space combat exploration site that can't be D-scanned from the outside.

You mean Sleeper AI, which is the same as incursion AI but came before it.

So you want a Wormhole, that can only be entered at 1 point and has Faction Rats (Why would faction rats be in a Wormhole?).
And you don't want Capitals in it.

Sounds like a goddamn carebear heaven for me. Only 1 Way in, so camp the wormhole.

How about no?

My Condor costs less than that module!

Worm holes were not supposed to be populated that was a chance happening, in order to prevent farming it must have certain restrictions. To not compete with current wormholes it must not have sleepers in it.
