You don't even need to W20, just Jump to it and you jump as soon ss you arrive.

I'm aware. And if you change your mind mid warp it's possible to queue up a different option.

I would instead want to have the cycle times on the strip miners cut in four or five so I don't run over two minutes on a dry asteroid when I read as I mine (its a particularly huge problem on the ... "200% bonus to mining amount" mining barge, can't remember what it was called).
I suggest you take up reading as well if you don't like to sit there as you mine. Mining is supposed to be a safe, but low-payout job. If you want to make more money, you must do more effort and take more risk. That's just EVE (and is the basis for the economy, that there's a lot that has to be done so the null-sec people can go and wreck Titans). If you value your time as I do, subsidizing your playing with a PLEX every now and again can be worth it. Then you can PVP and play around all you want without having to mine or anything :)
