Republic Security Service VS Republic Fleet for missioning running

Hi guys, I'm thinking about switching back to doing Minmatar missions after spending a considerable amount of time doing missions in Gallente space. I'm currently caught between choosing Republic Fleet or RSS as the corp to grind. My goal is to be able to install JCs in some low sec spaces(or anywhere near) for when I feel like trying out PVPing; However I would like to do missions in high sec. That, and of course, saving up some LP for the fleet issue ships. RF has better Lv4 agents(or so I heard), but that was before there was agent quality. RSS on the other hand, has offices in Gallente space so I don't have to relocate as far. Which corp would be a better choice for me as far as LP costs goes(or do they have the same price)?

Generally speaking, Minmatar LP is worth less than other factions because of the faction warfare LP influx. If you go Minmatar for missioning anyway, consider Brutor for the Epic Arc starting agent.

RSS is a good choice for doing missions in hi-sec, Fleet doesn't have any storyline agents in hi-sec.
Although i wasn't in minnie space when i used RSS, i was in this area:

Not that far away from Amarr space to do some balancing missions there and being in Caldari space doing the same.
And with good standings to Gallente, i popped over once in a while and did one of the Gallente COSMOS missions.

Once you get the ball rolling you will have enough standing to do missions in any minmatar space. Minmatar LP sucks but you can get 1500 all day every day.

Whoever has the most agents available to you now is who you should roll with. Do as many as you can so you can decline the faction missions and you'll get your JC faster.

If I remember right, I saw a lot of RF stations in matari low sec.

Rss will not bombard you with kill amarr missions and they are present in mini, cals, amarr space that I know of.
