want to buy focused sub cap combat toon

must be proficient in at least one race in battlecruisers and battleships

No preference to gunnery or missiles but would prefer a focused build into one or the other.

My budget could stretch to a little more for the right toon but wont pay over the odds

dont just post me your eveboard post me a price.

trade/indy/non combat relevant skills will be disregarded in valuation so more focused the better.

I will check this board regularly so if you make a reasonable offer be available to check back for response.
