Game freezes legitimately every 10-15 minutes.

I play on a brand new Mac Book pro retina, I have everything updated correctly and most of the time it runs smoothly.

But now and ever since I got a mac It has been unplayable. I thought it might get better after oddyse but nope. Just got worse.

I run Mountian Lion OS FULLY UPDATED. So don't ask please. I run the test server and TQ.

I'm sure the Test server and the normal server clients are exactly the same. I downloaded them from the same place. You only connect to a different IP for a server.

I have been having problems for months with freezes. I got my laptop in December and it hasnt worked properly since I would say april. But has recently gotten far worse, or worse than I remember. (I just came back from a 3 month Euro Trip)

This game is FREAKING unplayable, and my restraint when it comes to not loading this whole post with curse words is barely holding.

Please offer me a damn solution. I want to play. I really do. I want to get my super, I really do. But NO I cant even decently rat. So please help CCP I know you guys are terrible at everything but please help.

Yes It's frozen in Fullscreen and I lose complete control of my computer except my mouse, and in windowed mode also.

I have 8 gigs of ram 1600 MHz DDR3
NVIDAIA GeForce GT 650M 1024 MB
2.6 GHz intel core i7
run the 500 gig flash drive
I AM FULLY UPDATED. Mountian Lion OSX Version 10.8.4

Also just tested it. around 15 minutes and 30 seconds to a freeze up. Normally it just freezes and I can still hear the game, but since yesterday. I'm not sure what happened, but now the whole game freezes and the musics on like a loop and can do nothing.

The main thing that seems to help is turn off anything else that access the internet. Torrents especially. But also browsers, mail programs, anything that might look for updates, and so on.

I just figured out turning off utorrent. Helped a crap load. Havent had a freeze yet. I just download **** all the time.

New mac launcher 2.1 doesn't work with Avast Web Shield scan connections enabled
turning it off works fine

Contrary to popular belief, EVE does not like to work and play well with others...

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.
