Saved corp bookmarks take a while to show up for everyone

For example, when scanning for an enemy ship, we get the 100% then save it to corp bookmarks. Maybe 1-10 corp members will see it. After a long while everyone can, but its really making it hard for us to pounce on people. So is there a way to refresh the bookmarks so new ones appear. Or if you have any work arounds or have the same problem.

Thanks 0/

Make a fleet and then fleetwarp or warp to fleetmembers that are already there. Thats the only way I know to work around this.

Have the scout/scanner sit in a higher role and he can do the fleet warp himself

It's intended that some can and some can't?

There's nothing worse than an EVE player, generally considered to be top of the food chain in the MMO world, that cannot smacktalk with wit and coherency.

Yes.

If I cared enough I would go back to the dev log when they announced them. They were supposed to be delayed.

Yes

it's not that theyre 'supposed' to be delayed.
from what I remember, the eve client polls the server every 5min to check for new BMs and loads them if theyre there.
the timing isnt going to be synced for all clients, hence some people get them earlier.
it's purely a load concern on the server. ie: you just can't have every client constantly polling for BMs.

Meh

Same principle different wording.

To protect our server the corp bookmarks are cached so they may be up to 5 minutes out of date. We're also limiting them to 250 bookmarks per corp. Both those numbers might change based on feedback and how well this performs.

This is correct

When you save a Bm to corp it is instantly saved on the server however. It would be nice to have a button to force check for corp BM's though. It would need a time limit obviously, 30 minutes or something.
