Slaves dont need targeting. Even while able to lock targets 50km their drones set on assist on leader still shoot 100km. I admit that i sometimes fall into armour when alt tabbed alts are targetted. (i have only two monitors for 4 alts.) I use curators because their optimal with 2x omnidirectional is just around 90km.

Multitasking beyond the amount of screens avaliable is probably not what the OP is looking for. Futher more, using a spider-setup in WH-space with slaves that you can't even see at all times, especially with the low EHP that they have is risky and probably nerve-wrecking as well.

but it is maneageable because you have to target and shoot sleepers only with leader. Repping can be switched when you see shields of your pretargetted alt dropping. Biggest advantage of my setup is (DPS which is better than 4 RR tengus) and price which is lesser than of 2 rr tengus. Mayor disadvantage i learned the hard way is that you cant stay aligned if you want to collect drones upon clearing site.

4rr tengus are of course safe and well tested way too. 2DPS bs + @ T1/T2 logi works fine too. With a bit of pimping you might make 1500dps local/remote tank on one logi but then its price goes near to 2bil.

You really need to decide if a c4 is worth it, especially if you are splitting the isk/loot multiple ways.

From experience the haul per site isn't great, maybe 100m if you're lucky, you could blitz c3 sites with less hassle in a quicker time and still not be far off a c4 haul.

C4's typically average 100mil/site. Well Frontier barracks and command posts at least. The other two are kinda crap.

C3 sites are easier "solo"
