Suggestion: Give the user the option of "auto stacking" inventory in both cargo hold and hangar.

Suggestion: When anchoring a POS module, show boxes around the other modules as well

Suggestion: Allow players to configure chat window defaults ("Show text only", font size, highlight, compact userlist, etc)

Note: having to pick "Show text only" for EVERY SINGLE CONVO, even if you already talked to that person before, is REALLY IRRITATING. For channels it's not that bad as you only have to do it once, but for convos it's every single one of them always.

Suggestion: Bring back the double/phantom signature deviation while scanning.

Note: I'm not sure what others referred to this as. Pre-Odyssey, you would scan and occasionally the UI would report two signatures for the same ID. One would be the correct location for the signature, and the other not. Now, it seems that in situations where you'd see this previously, you get the wrong signature location.

Suggestion: Allow a player to buy off his or her current bounty by paying five times the amount posted

Note: This would let players wipe off a bounty by choosing to immediately pay the same loss amount the bounty is designed to inflict over time.

In return for absorbing the specified 5x loss, the space rich would get to frustrate and annoy whoever placed the bounty, and it would open up some real economic warfare dynamics between those placing and receiving bounties. It also would end the stupidness of everyone and their brother running around with trivial 111,111 ISK bounties forever. There is even a lore justification for it, in that 5x the amount posted is probably enough to bribe the Bounty Big Board Organization or whoever runs this whole thing to look the other way and "lose the paperwork" on your current bounty.

EvE is supposed to suck.  Wait . . . what was the question?

Suggestion: Remove the scrollbar reset in the market window after purchasing an item.

Note: After making a purchase, the item list on the left hand of the market UI jumps back to the top. This is very frustrating when moving through a large list of items, as you have to scroll down to each individual item. More desirable behavior would be to never change the scrollbar position unless the contents of that list have changed.

Suggestion: Lower the warp speed of all ships and remove the acceleration.

Note: As it stands, to travel 30AU at normal speed it effectively takes (30s*2+30AU/3AU/s) = 70s and to travel 1AU is (30s*2+1AU/3AU/s) = 61s. Using an art effect and the engine trails, if a ship hits warp instantly, but travels slower, warp distance becomes much more important.

I'm picturing something like Star Wars or Star Trek warping where there's a streak of light off to the destination. While in flight the ship is moving at max velocity, slower, but in theory for about the same amount of time for a reasonable distance, like 0.5AU/s to 1AU/s (assuming 30-60AU is the average warp distance).

A more complex change would be to include allowing a ship to just spool the warp drive and warp without aligning (separating velocity and warp drive) allowing you to maintaining the velocity from before and after warping.

The changes combined would allow a player to land on a grid with no warning, but at the same time, keeping a warp drive spooled you'd have to react very fast to actually warp. There are many options to make it too easy to escape, like having a spooled warp drive require a large capacitor cost or modules not working at peak efficiency.

Note: I really think 425mm Rails should have some meaty punch to them. I wish you would compare real battleship gun profiles to in game ones to make them a bit better.

Suggestion: Add system names to points visible along the auto-pilot route in space, with visible/invisible toggle option.

Note: Integration of system names onto the space we travel through would be more of a visual amenity than a fix for any issues, so is low priority, but it would be nice to have the option to mouse over a star in the sky and see the name of the system.

Note: I think its silly that higher tiers of ships don't bonus all lower tiers of weapons. Battleships of today carry many different compliments of guns. It would be silly but kinda cool to have a rohk fitted with a full load of 75mm guns, but hey, why not.

Suggestion: Allow characters to transfer SP to other characters on an account once a year.

Note: As a bitter vet I have a **** ton of SP on my characters making clones very expansive. I'd like to be able to transfer all the non combat skills to a dedicated indy alt instead of having all the combat and indy skills on one char.
