Characters as collateral?

I am looking at obtaining a loan and was curious if a character on the same account would suffice as collateral for the loan. Of course all Bazzar rules would apply and the character would be transfered prior to the loan. This is purely hypothetical.

Yes, you can use characters as collateral.

But the cost of transferring a character twice is quite high compared to a more traditional collateralised loan, so most will choose to use something else as collateral instead.

Also CCPs rules will not protect you from the collateral holder refusing to return the character, so make sure the person doing the holding is reliable.
