Really? How do you figure - A person who was a miner in a mining corp would NOT have knowledge of mining and just how dreary it is?

Can I have some of whatever you've been smoking?

and that lesson is?

cause if the lesson is that ALL miners are bad, then i think the CODE needs altered and your motives need to be set as such. if the motive IS to stop the bots, then that statement casts a lot of doubt....

God bless 'em, they're part of the soundtrack of my life.

Because experience will tell him being the hunted, and now being the hunter doesn't make him more of a "man".

Mining is a "career" in EvE with it's own skill block. Just as viable as PvP. Not just with IsBox fleets crowding an otherwise dead Amarr (seeing 8 accounts with Exhumers leaving a station fanning in 8 different directions, yeah it's out of control there), and James is in Caldari high-sec preaching about doom and gloom of the very AFKers mining proud in a dead zone.

Talking about barking up the wrong tree and where.

Which makes his "cause" a farce in the end.

New order, lol dont make me laugh three of them from New Order Logistics where sat off the station in Jouvoulen (A noob starter system) scaming in local stating that to play this game you gad to pay them 5 million in hisec fees and another 10 million if you wanted to mine. Then they were bumping noobs less than a day old off the undock. When I undocked in a Ferox, locked and took one of them into Hull in one shot they docked rather sharpishsly. And soon left system when CCP turned up and told them to get the hell out or risk being banned.
Bunch of self proclaimed idiots haha personally, I would stop giving them threads and they will eventually go away. Theyre like homeless people. Ignore them and eventually they move onto different things...

The New Order is good for the game, its content created by someone in highsec which is incredibly rare. Also if miners want someone else to be in charge of highsec they need to stop being AFK and vote against James next time.

Hurting the bottom line is taboo.

Ah, don't have to worry about voting for James et al, their actions alone can get themselves banned.

Truly went into newb land and try to scam them? That's S.M.A.R.T. tactics only Homer would do. Shocked

No idea what detective work has gone on, but I'd be surprised if James has ever activated a strip miner. He made bilions as Curran Trading operating a now well documented ponzi scheme.

I am sorry that the New Order hasn't visited the people who have said in this thread they've never seen them in system. If you'd care to check out the CODE. killboard you will see that they do regularly visit miners and tell them of the New Halaima Code of Conduct. Of course that doesn't cover all of the Knights of the New Order as some are in other corps not affiliated withe CODE. Nor does it include countless bumps and lost strip cycles, and glorious tears that no killboard ever shows. Luckily there is the blog.

If you saw New Order Agents scamming noobs in the starter systems, then you should petition them as CCP doesn't like that sort of thing. However, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that no New Order agent or Knight was responsible for this. The New Order operates scrupulously within the EULA.

It may or may not been him, but the dates on the corp names (was reading them while still cloaked jumping a gate) go back for years. Apparently the dude in question had that code in his 1 man corps (or now closed corps), which evolved over time.

And yes, first corp the dude joined was a miner corp years ago, which was the funniest thing in it all.

Well done Sherlock.

If you want more good laughs, keep looking at New Order agents employment history, AWOXing is a skill set many of them possess.

And many are disgruntled ex-miners to boot.

Funny thing is, none of this is probably true. Shooting someone in hisec would result in a ferox lossmail to Concord, which I don't see, and CCP has stated that bumping is a bannable offense. Most likely the story was probably that you got bumped, cried about it, yellowboxed some people and then ran away.
