i just wanted to say, i honestly feel that if you used big name actors for an EVE Online film it would ruin it. I could see using actors that are some what known, but not big stars like you said angelina jolie and samual l jackson. names like that would be great for some movies, but IMPO i would rather see new actors with suporting roles being filled by actors most of us have seen in other films if any at all, but not major movie stars... i know i am repeating myself, and i know this is all for fun, but i really feel that this movie would lose focus on what EVE is really about if you used big named actors. the film should be about EVE Online, not who is staring in it.

its the same thing with just about everyone in the film, they should have experience, but other than the writers, there should be little outside influence. everyone u named in the main post was great, not for eve online tho. we dont need ideas from people who do good movies, eve has everything we love about it already. keep it eve, get a director who understands this, and a cast of actors who are not well known but great, and then you have an amazing movie.

I feel like anyone who has heard Shadoo make a speech can't imagine Shadoo being played with that kind of voice. He's got a certain set of speech mannerisms, and they're *very* distinctive.

Also, he's stuck in my head as his one-time forum avatar of The Count from Sesame Street. (... or at least I think that's what it was.)
