how do we know ur not just selling WH's to people. and bookmarking and giving it also to PvPers to go back and gank the ratters?

Meaning of my answer is that silent terror is not selling WH to people. He taking their ISK, and not giving bookmarks to them. More over if you are buying WH it's obvious that you should close all wh, leading to your new home.

Can't recommend his service. He offered me a c4 with c3 static for 500m. The system he pointed me at had just a c2 inside. He hasnt been online since.
