Hi,

Im having issues with a graphics glitch after EVE closes.

Cant really explain what happends but a picture says alot :)

Linky

This Setup:
Core i7 3770k with integrated Intel HD Graphics 4000
Windows 7 Ultimate

I also have the same issue with my Acer Iconia W700 Tablet running Windows 8

Both setups have this issue with the stock driver and the latest drivers from Acer and Intel.

This issue only happends when closing EVE.
Minimizing does not make this happen.
Also only happends when running in full screen mode.
Fixed Window mode does not do this either.

Any idea?

I ahev the same issue. Something to do with the stupid aero theme or something. You can use windowed mode or fixed window and it will not happen.

da Marek,

After your comment about Aero being the guilty party i decided to look into it.

I disable the Aero Theme by setting windows 7 to Win7 basic Theme (non Aero ... easy as it is).
Low and behold .. no more glitches.

Keeping in mind that its a gaming computer and i dont care about that whole Aero look .. this works great for me.

Thx for the poke into the right direction Lol

Same here when i play on the laptop. There is an easy fix for Windows 7. Just change the desktop color scheme to 16-bit. This also happens when you alt+tab. I suspect the intel drivers, but since i switched from the 32 to the 16bit color scheme i didn't encounter this issue anymore.

I am not old, just bitter.
