USA: 0.3 domestically, 0.0 wherever they send the military

UK: 0.4 domestically, 8.0 in some of the better colonial bits

EU: 0.4 across the board, 0.0 in the Mediterranean soon

RUS: 0.5 mostly, 0.0 near the caucuses

CHN: 0.5 everywhere in the east, 0.1 in the western end, 0.0 on the Indian border

Mid-East: 0.0, see USA for details

Africa: 0.1 south, 0.0 everywhere else

India: 0.1 north, 0.0 south

Australia: 0.6 east coast, 0.0 in the outback

South America: 0.5 with pockets of 0.2

In a thread like this last year, some guy said "My little town in Oklahoma is 1.1 sec status. Sometimes CONCORD just randomly pull you over and gank you for no reason."
Same for my small city in Texas. Cops gank everybody. They even have ninja cops on bicycles in all-black uniforms. They specialize is stalking college students walking home from bars. When the guy goes to the bushes to take a leak, BAM-handcuffs-jail-Public Indecency and Public Intoxication convictions. Ugh Evil cop is evil cop.

UK: Depends on alignment. Assuming the UK is Caldari, 0.8 and above in most places. Hits 0.0 in places like Fullham for anyone who isn't Caldari.

Ireland: -1 if you're Caldari (English).

Australia: Too drunk to know the security level, and you start fights with CONCORD because it is a boring Tuesday afternoon.

US: Jita. Lag included.

Hell if you go by state Texas would be 1.0 cause there are freaking lawmen of every type in every damn corner I turned.

Texas lawmen (as far as I know)

City police

Sheriff

Constable

State police (red patch, blue patch)(not sure what it means) but most state cops I've had dealings with are....have NO sense of humor.

Rangers

Border patrol agents

Black unmarked ninja drug enforcement police vehicles.

And yes they still have posse men from what I understand.

Confirming that Texas state police (Department of Public Safety ("DPS") have absolutely no sense of humor. Don't even try to smile a them or do a normal social greeting-- no pleasantries will be returned. You'll just be looking at mirror shades and an android cop face. But in the hierarchy of Texas law enforcement IQ, they're at the top. Sheriff's deputies are at the very bottom-- mostly ignorant out-of-shape redneck hillbillies. If your car tags are from outside the county, you get an automatic blinking Suspect Flag.

Don't forget the Texas game wardens-- they carry guns and have full law enforcement powers too. They can arrest you for any law violation, in any place. Not just fishing and hunting violations in state parks.

Sweden is 1.0 - 0.4 sec staus may wary depending on whom you are,which soccer/ hockey team you root for, which country you fled/immigrated from.

native texan here, try using a "howdy" and "yes sir/ma'am" next time, goes a long way in my experience. also if you get pulled over at night, for the love of god, turn on the cabin lights. i've been let off the hook every time i've done this.

Scandinavia would definitely be 1.0.

Western Europe would probably be 0.4 to 0.8. 0.4 being Portugal and Spain, in my biased opinion.

Eastern Europe would probably be -0.4 (Russia, sorry), 0.1 being Poland.

Japan would probably be 0.9/1.0. How can so little happen in a country with such a dense population?

Brazil - -0.7. Oh the horror of videos from the "dark corners of the internet".

Somalia - -1.0. You simply don't live in Somalia.

India - 0.0. Sorry if I offend you, but where did you learn to drive? If you even do learn it.

North Korea - -1.0. Well, there seemingly aren't many casualties, but a country with the opposite of free speech is just not secure. I'd in the first day with my mouth.
