How would you like to have an advertisement in our monthly newsletter?

I would like to offer corporations, alliances and coalitions a forum to advertise their products, recruitment posters and/or services free of charge for the remainder of 2013. Reach a larger audience by utilizing the Industrialist's reader base and get your message out to the masses. As an introductory offer, for the remainder of 2013, I will be offering free advertisement. You've read that correctly, Free Advertising! Donations will be accepted however. You can have your very own full page advertisement or you can opt for a mid-article advert. Locations are on a first come, first served basis for the remainder of the year. If all goes well, I will open up slots with full page or small adverts for a small amount of ISK. You really owe it to yourself to get your advertisements in and take advantage of the free advertising. EVEmail Vexed Nova for details.

Although I have yet to visit wh space, I found that article the most interesting- mistakes being made is the best way to learn lessons sometimes.

As someone who is working their skills up to get involved in manufacturing, some tales or common mistakes made by people in manufacturing would be quite useful for those of us learning, as we can learn from them and also see if we are making the same mistakes.

I've enjoyed both issues so far. Thanks

I was thinking about articles for September, this will probably be one of them

Really a great read. A variety of topics but still a focus on Industry. Keep it up, I will be looking forward to Septembers issue.

I will say some layout changes would go a long way. There is a wealth of good concept art, screenshots and visual pictures from EVE that would really spice up the newsletter.

As for article suggestions: Perhaps take one module or ship each month and publish the market data for the high sec and low sec regions. Give a good picture of where that module is sold, prices, and movement. There might be some interesting trends to discuss.

Yea. I guess most things like this start small and utilitarian (like from a garage). Then they grow into a full-fledged literary work (ok, maybe not quite that in-depth). I am working with Open Office, but one of our alliance members has volunteered to do the layout/design in Adobe InDesign or something like that. That person went to school / was/is employed as a graphic designer. It was a very awesome conceptual design that she presented. I can't wait for the September issue.

I was thinking about something along these lines, so it is good that your suggestion reinforced the idea. I don't think I want to spotlight the best market sales of an item however. Some people need to experiment and learn what works by putting in the time, sweat and ISK. I don't mind generalizing things however, as a sort of spring board.

Again, thanks for the feedback. I really appreciate it.

I might be a bit biased, but I'm not going to read the articles in the PDF after I had a quick look at the formatting, colors and layout.

You might have lots more readers if you instead pick a nice wordpress theme that has a good readability and publish your articles as a weblog instead. Make them easier to read.

Thanks. I read them.

I have a little constructive criticism. Most industrialists are number whores by heart, you need to back up your articles with analysis. I am talking graphs, examples, tables.

As I see it most of your articles are based on your own opinion, while some might be true, most readers will not take your simple word for it.

Get a plugin for your browser and then you can read them to your hearts content in a browser..

Oh yes. This will be changing in the September issue. We are going all out. One of our alliance members is a graphics designer and has all the programs. I almost fell out of my chair at her sample layout. I think it is amazing!

I hope you will check back when we release September's issue. Thanks for your input though. It is very helpful and influences the final product.
