I wonder if accounting support is alive - one of my accounts got disabled after week of playing and now i'm waiting 2 days for support response. Is this normal?

Non critical ('Mission-Stuck' is an example of a critical one) categories can take 2-6 days until you even get a first response. Just provide as many details as you can and state clearly what outcoume you expect (accound activated + game time reimbursed...etc).
Dont post a wall of text though, no one reads that.

No answer after 48 hours? TO THE FORUMS!!!

Dear GD,

I petitioned (support ticketed) something and I wasn't immeadiately convo'd by Hilmar and appropriately reimbursed for my pain and suffering due to what I feel was a long wait time (more than 30 seconds). I feel that this is unfair and we should all unsub due to this grievous lack of customer service. CCP no longer cares about the people paying money for a product blah blah, I personally have paid (amount) of hard earned real life (currency) and have (#) of subs which I will UN if this current (problem/issue/tearjerker) is not taken care of. I want a personal concierge GM. Blah blah other stuff. Im not crying (ignore the tears..its really something in my eye (not tears)), I just think that they should do better for us because (seemingly noble but really selfish reasons). Now after all this I will admit to a bannable offence, but still wonder why my support ticket is taking too long and ask for your response, but will call anyone who doesn't agree with me 100% a troll. with that being said, flame on (although I really mean 'ill report you if you flame me eventhough I asked for it'.)


The preceeding was based off of actual events, and any resemblance to persons living or dead is purely coincidential. If you are paying for a service, 48 hours is a long time to wait for CS to help out. They really need to get a Phone and a 800 number.

Well to me the outcame is more important than time it takes to solve my petition. Not sure if a polite 'screw you' answer within 2 hours would satisfy you more than waiting for a week and getting what you need.
PS: so far i have been happy with the outcome of every petition

Well after waiting 3 days it is 'screw you' anyway so yea they are useless and slow.
