Hyperion is pretty good for the cash at the mo, throw 2 bil on that and you have something quite nasty indeed! (and doesnt look like an isk pinata waiting to happen)

Dont bother with EW like TDs on your BS, its not really going to help you all that much in fights you will want to get into and not really help you escape fights you dont.

Small gang of RR Domi + Geddons would work pretty imo. 37 km neuts is pretty amazing and Domi tracking + range bonus is ridiculous
