I can use my hulk even though I don't have Mining Frigate III

So I've been mining in my hulk for a couple of days now. Then I discovered the new updates to the exhumers, and that they require "Mining Frigate III". I don't have that skill but I can easily use my hulk - and exit and enter it.

This must have been reported before, but I wanted to make sure.

That is not a bug and intended due to "If you can fly it before, you can fly it after the change" policy. But the underlaying system has been that way and works the same as if you would loose skill levels due to sp lost when podded.

The hulk doesn't require mining frigate itself; you only need mining barge V and Exhumers 1. That mining barge requires mining frigate is not relevant anymore once you have the skill injected.
