So is the new tier 3 BC hull gankgers ship of choice?

So with removal of insurance payout for suicide ganking, Has CCP has made balance with a more affordable tier 3 BC hull for that purpose?

Kind of the other way around - the new hulls were going to be so good for ganking that I feel CCP was compelled to remove insurance paid out on ganking. Otherwise freighters would be getting ganked just for carrying 500M-700M ISK worth of cargo. Which would make hi-sec logistics a much larger hassle.

WIth the removal of insurance payments, it should be basically a wash and the tipping point for a profitable freighter gank will stay above 1B ISK.
