Are you anygood at exploration? If so, wait for a WH to appear and use that. You may have to dig through a couple of Wh systems before you get one back to High Sec, but it is doable. It just needs a bit of patience waiting for the right one.

Also, don't forget to try asking whoever lays claim to the null sec space that you are in. So long as you are straight up, many will offer guys like yourself a 12-24 hour blue period to get your kit out. It's always worth asking.

you could always liquidate your o.o assets ans buy new stuff elsewhere. otherwise either do as sugested above or contact one of their carrier pilots about a paying them to jump your stuff closer to highsec ( make sure to use a contract with a collateral if this is the case)

Trying to move them yourself is the worst thing you can do as you will more than likely not have docking right. So scouting out a wh is a bad idea. Depending on the ships, their fit and the region they're in you can usually sell them on contract for 10% to 20% over Jita price but that will take time. Contacting the diplomats for the locals and negotiating a courier contract is your best bet, especially if you offer a generous payout. Personally I would try that first and offer up some jump fuel as well to sweeten the deal.

You can also just put your stuff up for contracts using the asset windowand make some ISK. Due to the more limited markets there, people are more inclined to check contracts if they need anything specific.

Will CCP move assets to highsec in the case of a player returning after a long time and the sov on the station they're in has changed? Thought I heard they would...

I heard something similar.

But were it me, I'd just liquidate. If you're new, it probably doesn't amount to much money or time.

Just wanted to say here, I had this exact problem the other day and a GM was happy to move me to Amarr prime. I filed a stuck petition and I guess it was a slow day, because they were very quick and helpful.

TYVM CCP!
