[BUG]Mouse over + non focused window doesn't work anymore

When you mouse over a stack of items but the window didn't have focus, you used to get the popup with the stack infromation, like number of item, price etc.

But that doesn't work anymore. It gets the highlight effect but the information doesn't show anymore. That feature was awesome as it made entering amounts into a spreadsheet so much easier. Please put it back asap.

I did clear my settings recently, but asked 2 others and they have the same problem.
