Looking for [MERC] protection and training

Hey Mercs. i plan on starting a new corporations and the one thing i know that can ruin a new corporation other then spies are Griefer corps. i know many a corporation went belly up because of these 3 to 10 man corps all set out to blow up your industrial ships.
what I'm looking for is a merc corp who can provide Griefer protection and maybe do some FC/Pvp training so we can eventually hold our own. The corp i plan to make is an industrial corporation but at first i wont be able to pay in billions of isk. that doesn't mean that i want you to work for free. we can provide replacement ships and do any hauling you need to have done. pretty much well work for you to work for us.
all prices and services can be negotiated let me know if anyone is interested.

There's a difference between hiring mercenaries, and recruiting pvpers. Mercenaries are outsiders who are brought in to perform a task for money, while recruited pvpers are people who join your corporation and do the fighting for fun, compensation, or both. Perhaps you are looking for the latter?

It would certainly be cheaper for you to simply recruit members who are interested in the pew. As you said, you won't exactly be able to pay mercenaries, and they're usually not interested in ship replacement (unless you're capable of replacing rather expensive ships), and definitely not interested in being paid with hauling services. More of a suitcase-full-of-cash type affair, really.

Id suggest joining an academy of some sort, lots of corps runs theese for pvp (including my own corp but for piracy).
