Hey folks . . this bug has been around since forever and i am agasp that you have not addressed it.
This is a real simple bug.

Take a fleet of ships (2+).
The mission that i am lookin at right now is "Stop The Theif" (lvl 4).
Have one ship warp to within 100 km of a non-deadspace agent mission.
Assuming that the ship has completed the warp, then simply,
have the other ship locate the fleet member that warped in and "warp to member".

In laymans terms that says...
Ship #1 warps to a non deadspace complex agent mission level 4.
#1 selected to warp in at an 100km away from said complex.
Ship #2 finds pilot of ship #1 in fleet chat and selects to "warp to member".

At this point we are risking a whole heck of allot of grief and rage quiting,
because ship #2 gets warped in at 0km, even though ship #2 selected to warp to ship #1.

It is irrelivant Twisted to reject this as "ohh, if it cant afford it blah" or "thats just war"...
The frigin pilot told the onboard navigation system "warp me to within a couple of meters of ship #1",
yet we might as well get warped into the sun here.

First of all this is a non deadspace area, that infers that warping to an pinpoint location is very possible.
Please correct this before you lose more customers to such nonsence.

the warp distances are all messed up actually, i often land at distances that are not the one asked, like i want to warp on a gate at 50, and i land at 0.....

and sometimes, it goes for a whole session, whatever the thing i warp to, i will always land with a delta from it, whatever it being a celestial fleetmember etc.....
