Thanks. This works. But strange, because that's the same version of the launcher I've already installed because of the same problem. But fine, if it comes again, I just use the 559197.exe again ;)

The image you posted a link to is the update process that was in the "old" (v.1.32) version of the EVE Launcher, that shouldn't start up if you've successfully updated to the new EVE Launcher.

At least now the Launcher problem has been fixed.. had the horrible launcher gone black functionality Blink

For the past week I'm having a launcher that acts like a dead chimp, it moves when I kick it (read reboot my system OSX).

One moment it launches the game just fine, a few hours later it just 'hangs' there going from "play" to "launching" with no actual launching except a non-responding EVE icon in my dock.
Now I'm here I can also report that for some mysterious reasons the launcher on occasion also manages to "forget" my characters and ends up with blank fields I have to fill in, time after time.

How do I put this politely, this malbehavior is rubbing my hair (whats left of it) in the wrong way.
Stop replacing items that worked for almost a decade well, with malfunctioning things like this launcher.

at this point fellow eve mate, download the full client as ccp staff dont know what the fuk is happenign and they dont give a shot about it. ever since this odessey i have to download the full client everytime there is an update. and do they even care , NOT
