Is there a time limit to the groups? I just got started on the first one. I assume we could do all three groups on July 31st and still be eligible, or each must be submitted each week? Seems like each week only to get to the next but wanted to clarify.

While I understand the prizes won't be given out until the end of the contest, will we be notified early if our entries fail to pass muster?

I'm pretty sure my entry meets all the criteria but I'd hate to find out after the contest was over that I missed some minor detail. Especially given the amount of time available to retake shots.

As far as I can see, you do have the MOTD visible. Maybe not the phrase you are referring to, but another part.

One clarification: why 5 / 25 / 50 entries? How is this functionally different from 1 / 5 / 10?

Aren't Caldari supposed to have a large signature?

Evelopedia gives CONCORD Headquarters in Yulai as being at Yulai X http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Yulai_%28System%29 while EVE Travel shows a picture of the station at Yulai IX http://evetravel.wordpress.com/2010/02/03/yulai-graveyard/ and the eveonline website shows this screen shot http://www.eveonline.com/creations/screenshots/yulai-genesis-region

Is this open to trial accounts?
Can all characters on our account enter? (three chars, three galleries.)
Can bio-massed characters win? (they enter their screenshots and then are biomassed.)
Any rules about multi-boxing?

Any rules about when a screenshot was taken? Meaning, if by happy coincidence, we already had a relevant screenshot, can we enter that or do we have to take a new one. edit; Duh, you have to have the contest channel in the screenshot.

If a character is sold and then wins a prize, which player gets the prize?

Do pods count as a ship?

Also, before I forget, +1 to Team Illuminati for having such a contest.

Also^2, I'm sure your new EA guy has already mentioned it, but in case he hasn't, achievements. As in create a custom medal for contest participants. (Or a custom certificate for it.) You have the medal/certificate system in place, might as well use it.

Excellent. Another Exploration / Photo contest.

I remember years ago there was a contest to find 5 different Cosmic Signatures - Grav, Radar, Mag, Ladar and Combat. You had to have a screen shot of each site showing probes active and 100% signal strength along with the Eve clock.

If I remember correctly it was done in phases with the last phase having 10 different winners. The prize was a $50 credit with the Eve Store.

I was one of the winners.

Even though I'm a week late getting into this contest, hopefully history will repeat itself and I win again.

In game corp info lists this, is it the same for the competition?

I wish there was an option to have the game automatically take duplicate shots with the UI disabled... Not only would it be convenient, but minimizing local and the overview while in lowsec just doesn't feel right.

For those wondering where to go, I have a travel plan from Amarr to Jita (or thereabouts, reverse it if starting at the other end) that is a 65 Jump route if you prefer safest, 50 if you can endure a short (6 jump) stretch of lowsec:

Just a friendly reminder to everyone to read all the rules before taking pictures. I just manged to put myself in the league of idiots by taking every picture and assembling the album, and only then realizing that the Sanctuary Image Contest chat channel needed to be open during all of them. So, avoid dumb mistakes like mine, and you'll spend 30 seconds checking the picture instead of redoing the whole thing.

At multiple sites i did read its the one orbiting Yulai IX, which i took a screenshot of and submitted...
