Dual Training second month did not activate

I purchased dual training for this character on June 4th, at the release of Odyssey. Last week, as the days left in the first month were getting to a close, I reinjected a new PLEX to extend Dual Training by another month. The PLEX was accepted and I received a message that my Dual Training period was extended to early August.

I was a bit surprised today when came the time to inject new skills in my training queue to see that the system would not recognize the second month. My training queue is now inactive, and Eve ask me to inject yet another PLEX to reactivate it. I'm obviously a bit reluctant to do this.

Anyone else has this problem? With the in-game bug reporting system off, is this a good place to report this?

Bug reports(posting in the forums untill that's back up) is to tell the developers that there's a problem with eve (as in not according to CCP's specification). To actually get YOUR dual training back up and running you need to contact customer support.

Go to http://community.eveonline.com/support/support-tickets/ log in and send a ticket with all the info you have and they'll sort it out.

It appears that this was my mistake and that I misinjected the PLEX. To quote the Customer Service: "We do not show that you have applied another PLEX for Dual Character Training. We do show that you injected another PLEX as game time. Please understand that subscription game time and Dual Character Training are two different things."
