Capital wormhole generator

I've been thinking up a new ship wormholers need to keep people awesome. This is a capital industry ship that can generate a wormhole into a any given digital J number. lets call it the wh-ORE capital generator ships. What i like about this ship is many ways to make isk/pew/hour without have a cyno but more like a cyno bridge. So say for example you want to invade a system from some random c5 corp. want you do is set up this ship to make a wormhole by feeding it rare gas. the more raw the target system the more gas you have to feed it to keep the hole working. so then if you feed it good gas you can make it big enough to put capitals thru. if this is to offensive then the other team players could just jump down the hole and start fighting the wh-ORE. so the good guys would have to watch out on both ends while the defender needs to kill generator. the one defense the c5 corp could have is some kind of reflector mirror which would reflect the wormhole back to ship for explosion or just to another wormhole gone wild. some skills are needed to train for such a ship but it would be like a titan only good for wormholers. A new module called wormhole generator would have to go into the high slot and the ship is not allowed to cloak.

3 high slots
4-6 mid slots for shields
2 lows slots for extra mods
rigs for extend wormhole range and mass size

most HP is to shields with a good balance resists
16 hour wormhole with every level +4 hours
consumes 2000m3/hour of rare gas
clone vat array w/ micro wormhole to kspace

the ship should be able to repair enough to take on 1-2 moros but get crippled if there are more dreads and BS. ideally need to have a fleet of about 30 caps/subcaps plus some tackle. The worst is once you kill the ship you loose the wormhole back home so you need to scan alt your way out.

If this is too risky a ship then it could just be used to keep existing holes open by extending the life every 4 hours for rare gas.

Its my day off. Also, got this awesome green coat. Red coat is somewhere in high sec for when I've got fancy dinner PvP to attend to.

I came in expecting to make a snide remark and leave... But i actually like the idea What?

Personally i'd like to see a nomad ship/fleet in eve and W-space would be the perfect place for it. However, the idea in the OP needs a bit more work. (i.e. picking what systems you open to is a no no)

Bad idea is bad. The implementation is bad.

Just go back to licking your, well....

First the idea is bad like the idea of wormhole stabilizers

second is the implementation. A capital, capable of defending against capitals. Able to open up a WH to fit through capitals.

So lets find a nice C2 corp. They can build that inside. Then they can invade other sub C5 WH's where the residents in most cases will be totally unable to defend themselves, since their only way to have caps in the first place would be to build them inside.

Yea that sounds fun.

To OP:

This will make W-space too much like Known Space.

Basically it is an invation to soveregnity. You think of a small niche where it would be cool, I see large alliances conquering everything.

A ship that can generate wormholes could just reopen the EVE gate and send us all back home.

in case you are not a troll

giving the ability to connect to any system at will is bad. making your own wormholes is bad. it would give the big wh alliances, and later if they can be bothered the 0sec blobs infinite control over wormholes.

now we are restricted to 3b of mass. this means that if we want to invade someone, we have to find them, seed capitals, and find them again. or we try to take wh control with a fleet and hold it to get more capitals in.

as soon as the mass gets tempered with, wether by increasing the mass or by being able to get more wormholes into a single wormhole, the amount of manpower and ships/capitals can project increases with the same amount. to simply say, if i want to invade a random c5 i can take 2 capitals and a subcap fleet. with every wormhole after that i can bring in another 3 capitals. and with the ability to make wormholes back to our home system we dont have to be on the cautious side since we got to move them out. well just jump 30 dreads in. and 1 of those funky wh creation ships.

im not sure what the rare gas was about. to make it expensive to use? that wont work. living in high class wormhole space means our isk is pretty much infinite
