WTB PVP Pilot ~12bil budget

I am looking for a new project, but a good looking project.

I am looking for focused characters first and foremost. -- That means I really don't care that you can fly every ship under the sun at 20mil sp because everything is trained to L3.

I am looking for medium range sp, with lots of L5 skills with no skill waste (PI/indy/etc), preferably with only 1 or 2 racial ship lines.

post what you got.

edit: also if the name is dumb or it's corp jumped a thousand times, I am not interested.

edit 2: something with some maxed leadership, maybe not all the way to FC 5 but boosting command/t3 with some interesting other focused tidbits may be cool. boosting prot/legion/commandship?

tengu pilot mainly, but caldari destroyer, cruiser and BC all 5 gives lots of options.

amir - 33472

the reason you are ranked higher overall is because you have almost 2x the amount of skills trained but many of them at III or IV and about 15 fewer at V.

may work for someone else, but I like neat and clean, something I don't have to clean up all over the board. good luck with your sale.

While I can't fly much more than cov ops, I can do it very well and cost a lot less isk then your budget.
