Is there anyway to increase overall personal storage in WH? I though about just Anchoring in a Station container in the POS bubble, but as far as I am aware, there is no anchor-able Station container. Anyone know of anyway?

You can however use freight containers. Freight containers can not only be moved packaged or assembled, they can be assembled inside a corp hanger array. If you intend to use containers for inventory management freight containers work fine, and can hold up to 250,000m3. Sure they can not be locked. But a locked container in a corp hanger is still not safe. Anyone with take access to the hanger can repackage a locked container which will empty all its contents to the hanger.

In addition If you need to, they can be launched from a packaged state. i.e. you can launch a 250,000m3 container at a safe spot or inside a POS shield from any ship with a 2,500m3 cargo capacity. Considering cargo containers do not show up on any scans, dropping one at a safe spot is actually quite secure. It can not be locked, but the only way anyone will find it to loot it is if they scan you down while you are at the safe spot.

Only thing I do not like is the lack of structural hit points. These things can be insta popped by a free noob ship with civilian guns, i.e. zero cost to the pirate/ganker when they get Concorded

Like this, can you still do this?

Yes, you can do this.

Once you have dumped ("jetted") the can to space (POS bubble or otherwise), you have two things to remember:

1. It can be accessed by anyone
2. It can only be moved by a freighter.

How long does it take to despawn?

They don't. I know that some containers will despawn after 30 days if not used (e.g. ccp cleanup @ downtime). The containers I have out ther are used, so I don't know if these new cans fall under that 30 day window.

They will stay alive foreever within a pos shields. They however don't have any health so a noob ship can kill them if your shield ever goes down

Which is why you use them for bulk storage, not shiny stuff storage.
