so that all shots don't visually hit...

i know that client don't know did that guy actually hit that other guy or did it miss... that's why i am suggesting this...

I'd like that too, would make fleet fights really cool, especially when tidi kicks in and things start to slow down.

I am both incredibly happy that all these changes are coming into form and so quickly, the ammont of work being done to eve and what we'll see in this expansion will dwarf everything we've seen before.

At the same time im incredibly sad having realised for how long and how much eve has been suffering from lack of resources untll this whole mass unsubscription because of WiS happend.
